I. Shipping Information

We strive to get your backyard gear to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping standards below:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time 

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday) via standard ground shipping.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 4–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 for all orders under $75.00.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the contiguous United States.

  • Tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

II. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return:

  • Because we partner with curated brands through Shopify Collective, we will provide you with the specific return address for your item upon approval of your request.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. Restocking Fees:

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returned items.

5. Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
